Radical Kindness

Marcelo is one of the most multifaceted people I've ever met: grounded and radical, wise and playful, unfiltered and kind. He has the discipline of a Buddhist monk and the thoroughness of an accountant. He reads religiously and lives unapologetically. In a conversation, he is equally likely to make a cultural reference with a 90s pop song and a 1900s political manifesto.

We've never met in person but we've laughed together plenty. We don't finish each others thoughts: we let each other finish our thoughts and let them move us in unexpected directions.

At Cambio Natural we learned to navigate tensions and face our monsters without guilt and judgement but with radical kindness. We created a space where we come as we are, a sanctuary for bold ideas not yet born and for endangered worldviews and practices not yet lost.
